OmniMetrix Pre-Installation Guide
At OmniMetrix, we want to exceed our customer’s expectations. We offer Technical Support for new installations and interface service advice. The video above will provide detailed instruction on the pre-installation process & forms needed 24-hours prior to the installation of your new OmniMetrix Monitor.
This pre-installation process will allow our Technical Support team to ensure that you are set up within OmniView & that we are receiving the proper data. Once complete, the installation form can be completed to ensure everything is running smoothly.

OmniMetrix Installation/Self-Activation
The second part of the video above will go through the installation (also known or reffered to as “self-activation”) process. Once the generator has run for approxamately 2-3 minutes, these next steps will help complete the installation & self-activate the unit within our system. You’ll be able to monitor your unit(s) within OmniView or within the OmniMetrix app!
